For Christoph Waltz. This guy made Spectre and Django unchained for me. He was pretty great in Inglorious Basterds as well.

People need to start these things with "DON'T WORRY HE'S NOT DEAD" or something. Yes, this guy is amazing. His role in Inglorious Basterds carried the movie, IMHO, which is saying a lot considering the entire cast was good. But whenever he was on screen, it was like a monologue with a bunch of background characters.
